Our story
What began as a simple idea is now a novel, cleverly designed storage concept for anglers who expect more – not just from their catch, but also from their equipment. My name is Daniel, I've been a passionate angler for over 20 years – and I'm the founder of this shop.
Like many other anglers, I've spent countless weekends on rivers, lakes, and coastlines. For me, fishing was never just a hobby – it was (and is) my way to unwind, clear my head, and connect with nature. But despite my love for the sport, there was always one recurring problem: where to put all the gear?
From DIY to series production: The creation of the Tackley fishing tackle cabinet
I had countless rods, reels, tackle boxes, hooks, lines, and other accessories – everything was either lying around loose or crammed into makeshift solutions. There was no order, no overview. I searched for a long time for a cabinet, a smart solution specifically for anglers – compact, robust, and well-designed. But the market simply didn't offer anything that met my requirements.
So I made it myself. In my small workshop, the first prototype of my fishing tackle cabinet was created. Made of wood and with attention to detail. Friends and fellow anglers were immediately enthusiastic. After a few improvements, I came to the decision: This cabinet shouldn't just help me – it can make life easier for many other anglers.
What followed was not an easy path. I contacted numerous manufacturers, searched for suitable partners for series production, and further developed the design. Throughout, I remained committed to delivering functionality and quality at the highest level – robust, modular, and above all: developed by anglers for anglers.
Today, in addition to our popular tackle cabinet, we also offer other accessories and well-designed solutions that come from practical experience and make everyday fishing easier. Every item in our shop is carefully selected or developed in-house – with the aim of solving real problems and not simply bringing another product to market.
Our customers are not a "target group", but fellow anglers, colleagues, like-minded individuals. Their feedback flows directly into our products.
