Returns & Refunds

Do you want to return or exchange a product you purchased from us? No problem: Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery without giving any reason.

We cover the costs of returns from Germany, provided the return label provided by Tackley is used. If the return label provided by Tackley is not used, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of a return from a country other than Germany, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you ever need to return something:

1. If your item is damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, please send a brief email to our customer service team via the contact form before returning it. Sometimes we can resolve your issue remotely, making a return unnecessary. Otherwise, we will send you a return label, which you can easily affix to your package for free return shipping.

2. Please print out our return form , fill it out in block capitals, and include it with your return. This is the only way we can guarantee prompt processing of your return.

3. If possible, please return the products in their original packaging. Once everything is well packed, please print the shipping label you received from us via email and affix it to your package. This way, you won't pay any shipping costs and can drop off your package at any post office. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs you have already paid.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
