Are the fishing rod holders in the cabinets suitable for all fishing rods?
Yes. Both fly rods disassembled into smaller sections and extra-long carp rods can be stored in our cabinets. The counter-pressure bar mounted low on the cabinet and the round cutouts in the cabinet lid make this versatility possible.
Are your reel seats suitable for multiplier and baitcasting reels?
Our reel seats are currently only designed for spinning reels. We are already working on a version for multiplier/baitcasting reels.
Are these reel seats suitable for fly reels?
Our reel seats are currently only designed for spinning reels. We are already working on a version for fly reels.
Are the fishing rod holders on the shelves suitable for all fishing rods?
The minimum length when the rods or individual sections of the plug-in rods are assembled is 67 cm.
How do I remove the rod on the back of the cabinets?
At the left and right ends of the bar are two oval end caps, which must first be pulled forward. The support bar can then be easily removed.
How can the modules reel holder, shelf and drawer be individually positioned in the cabinet?
On the accessories page you'll find an overview of where the individual modules can be installed in the cabinet. Thanks to pre-drilled holes, mounting or replacing the modules is incredibly simple.
I've lost the assembly instructions. Can I download them somewhere?
Yes. On the product pages, under the menu item "Download assembly instructions," you will find a link where you can view or download the corresponding instructions.
Can I change/cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order by sending us a message as soon as possible via the contact form. Simply include your order number in the message. Please contact us promptly after placing your order so we can process your cancellation request.
If the shipping process is already too far advanced, you still have the option to refuse delivery. You don't necessarily have to wait for the delivery person: Using the DHL tracking link for your order (which you will receive by email), you can indicate in advance that you do not wish to accept the package.
I haven't received an order confirmation. What can I do?
Have you checked your spam folder? If you haven't received a notification, please contact us directly using our contact form.
Can I buy gift vouchers from you?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift vouchers.
What payment methods do you offer?
The following payment options are available for orders placed through our online shop:

- Purchase on account (via Klarna)

In the shopping cart you have the option to shorten the payment process and
Pay directly with Express Checkout via PayPal or Google Pay.
Please note that your PayPal or Google Pay account details will be stored there.
Your address will be taken from the payment provider for the order.
The address there should therefore be correctly recorded.
Can I, as a company/retailer, place an order with you?
We are currently expanding our dealer network. If you are a representative of a brick-and-mortar fishing tackle shop and are interested in our products, please feel free to contact us using the contact form.
Can I buy your cabinets at my local fishing tackle shop?
Unfortunately, we currently only offer our products online. However, we plan to include them in the product range of fishing tackle shops in the near future. The names and addresses of our partners will then be listed and announced here on our website.
How long does shipping take and which shipping provider do you use?
We ship our products with DHL .
Unless a different delivery period is indicated on the respective product page or during the ordering process, delivery of your goods within Germany takes approximately 1-3 working days (from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation from us).
Delivery to Austria takes approximately 3-5 working days .
For deliveries abroad within the EU, delivery takes approximately 3-10 working days (after receipt of the shipping confirmation).
How much does shipping cost and where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Germany and to Austria. Shipping within Germany is free, while shipping to Austria costs a flat rate of €19.90 per order.
Expansion into other European countries is planned. As soon as the requirements are met, we will announce it here and on our social media channels.
Do you deliver in other countries then Germany?
Currently we deliver our products to Germany and Austria. An expansion to other EU based countries is under planning. If you have interest in our products please contact us via our contact form and we will send you a personal quote.
Is delivery to a parcel locker also possible?
No. Due to the package dimensions of the cabinets, delivery to parcel lockers is not possible.
From where will my Tackley product be shipped?
Your Tackley product will be shipped directly to you from Germany.
Unfortunately, I need to return a product. What now?
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your Tackley product. We are committed to delivering only products of the highest quality. Please submit your complaint via our contact form and we will assist you as quickly as possible. If possible, please also send us photos that clearly show the problem.
